Snapback body. It’s a term that plagues new and expectant moms everywhere.
It’s hard to ignore the barrage of flat bellies and radiant smiles plastered across social media by celebrities and influencers within (what feels like) minutes after giving birth. But is it realistic? Spoiler alert: It’s not. So grab a pair of sweatpants, throw your hair in a bun, take a deep breath, and try not to worry about the changes your body will be experiencing over the next few months.
