Serves 4
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon za’atar seasoning
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
2 teaspoons ground sumac
½ teaspoon salt
Remove chickpeas from oven. Carefully add the hot chickpeas to a bowl along with the za’atar. Toss well to coat the chickpeas evenly. Enjoy warm.
