Who Cares for the Caregiver?

When tragedy strikes in a hospital, it’s the staff who must rally and be there for the family. But when the pain is too much to bear, who cares for the caregivers? After several unimaginable losses on one hospital unit left staff members reeling, administrators knew something needed to be done. This is the true story of how Team Lavender was created.
